URJ Camps and Israel programs offer a wide range of staffing opportunities in North America and Israel. As a staff member in one of these programs, you will have the opportunity to try new things, develop important lifelong skills, make a lasting impact on the lives of Jewish youth, and have fun throughout the summer! We are looking for competent, energetic applicants who demonstrate a love of working with young people; a desire to help build a community; an ability to work independently as well as part of a team; and a connection or desire to learn about Judaism.
